  1. Oh good- I thought you'd like it!! My sister is reading the sequels right now and she is enjoying them, too.

    The fourth dimension is very frustrating because I can't exactly wrap my head around it...if you know what I mean. ;-) It's so interesting to think about, though. I loved the concept of the tesseract. I understood the basic idea of it - the whole "wrinkle in time" thing, but it's still so multi-layered that you can't really fully grasp it.

  2. Whoops...sorry, I accidentally posted the comment without finishing it!

    I just started reading Sir Gibbie (the original unedited) by George MacDonald and I really like it so far. The first few chapters remind me a little of Dicken's novels (David Copperfield, Nicholas Nickleby, &c). I don't know if you've read it or not, but I'll have to let you know what I think of it when I'm finished. :-)

    Oh, and keep up the great painting!! I always like seeing your personal portrayals of different characters.
