Yes, I have read Ben-Hur, although it was quite a while ago, I really enjoyed it. It gave a very interesting perspective on the life of Jesus. It sort of put it in a different context and made you think about things you'd never otherwise think about. The plot was well developed and gratifying. I'm glad that you're reading it! It's one of those classics that everybody should read at some point in their lives.
ReplyDeleteNow it is my turn to ask a question. ;-) Have you ever read the Pendragon Cycle by Stephen Lawhead? I read the first book (Taliesin), but I am trying to gather some outside opinions on it before I take the time to read the next 4.
